Email warranty@brighternights.com or call 407-469-7093. Standard claims are reviewed within 10 business days.
Advance replacement through certified contractors. If your system was installed by a Brighter Nights Lighting Technologies certified contractor, replacement bulbs and controllers can be pulled from authorized distributor shelf stock immediately — no waiting on the claim review. The standard claim process is the fallback, not the default.
The warranty is transferable once, free of charge, within 90 days of a property sale, for the remainder of the original term. Contact warranty@brighternights.com to transfer coverage.
Any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the term of the applicable written warranty above. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be brought in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division, or the Circuit Court of Seminole County, Florida.
