Before you send it.
Does this cost anything?
No. The rendering and the estimate are free, and there is no obligation attached to either one. Plenty of people request a rendering to see whether they like the look before they think about budget at all.
How long does it take?
Usually one business day. A designer builds it by hand, so a property with several angles and a pool enclosure takes a little longer than a single front elevation.
Am I going to get called by six contractors?
No. One certified installer receives your request — the one matched to your address. We don’t sell leads and we don’t shop your details around. That policy is the reason contractors trust the program.
What happens to my photo?
It’s used to build your rendering and shared with the installer matched to you. If we ever want to show your rendering publicly, we ask you first.
Can I install it myself?
No. Brighter Nights Lighting Technologies is a manufacturer, and every system is installed by an independent contractor certified through our Masters of Lighting Academy. Warranty coverage depends on certified installation.
What if I’m outside your service area?
You’ll still get your rendering. If there’s no certified installer near you yet, we’ll tell you plainly rather than hand you to someone who isn’t certified — and we’ll let you know when coverage reaches you.
