Warranty & coverage
Brighter Nights Lighting Technologies does not put one warranty on the whole system. Different parts carry different terms — and the part most people assume is covered longest often is not. Put in your install date and this shows you every component, one track each, with the coverage you have left burning and the coverage you have spent gone dark.
The date the system was put in, not the date you bought it. If you are not sure to the day, the first of that month is close enough — nothing here turns on a single day except the registration window below.
Registration inside 60 days is a condition of coverage, not a formality. This page cannot look your registration up — see below.
The optional upgrade takes the 3-year parts to 5. It does not extend the 10-year strand — already the longest term in the system.

Lit is what you have left
Not every system has every part — soffit has no bulbs and no strand, for instance, and a landscape job has no track. Ignore the rows that are not on your job.
It does not look anything up. There is no serial number box here because there is no record behind it to query. Everything above is worked out from the date you typed and the two answers you gave — it is arithmetic on published terms, not a lookup of your account.
That means it cannot confirm you are registered. If you are not sure, treat it as not registered until you have checked. A page that guesses in your favour on a condition of coverage is not doing you a favour.
And it is not a claim decision. It tells you what the published terms say about a part of that age. Whether a specific failure is covered is a conversation with the installer who put the system in.

10 years — the strand
10 years. The longest term in the system.
3 years — bulbs, controller and power system
3 years. Same bucket as the controller and gateway, and eligible for the 5-year upgrade.
3 years, on a 40,000-hour rated lamp.

3 years. The gateway sits in the controller bucket — so if you are asking “is my controller covered” and the box that failed is the gateway, this is your row.
3 years, not 10. This is the one worth reading twice — a repeater reads like a system component, and going by intuition puts it in the 10-year bucket. It is in the 3-year bucket, and it is eligible for the 5-year upgrade.
The conditions
60 days from install. A condition of coverage, not a formality.
Optional. Takes the 3-year bucket to five — power supply, bulbs, controller, gateway and repeater together. It does not extend the 10-year strand, and it does not leave any part of that bucket behind.
