These terms govern your use of the Brighter Nights Lighting Technologies website and the tools on it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit forms, create an account, or apply for a trade program.
When you register or apply, you agree the information you provide is accurate and yours to provide. Contractor and distributor applications are reviewed by our team, and approval, certification, and program access are at our discretion. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the site or misrepresent information.
Every estimate, rendering, calculator output, and price range on this site is an illustrative concept, not a binding quote. Roof measurements from mapping data are approximations. Actual pricing depends on a site visit and the final scope agreed with your certified installer or distributor branch. A project exists when you and your installer or branch put it in writing, not when a tool on this site displays a number or an image.
Homeowner requests are routed to one certified installer or a distributor branch. We do not guarantee response times, project acceptance, or pricing by any independent installer or distributor. Certified installers and distributor branches are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Brighter Nights.
Masters of Lighting Academy course access is for the enrolled individual or business and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Course fees, included credits, and certification requirements are as stated at enrollment and may change for future enrollments. Certification reflects completion of our training and can be revoked for conduct that damages the program or its customers.
Product warranty terms are separate from these website terms. Coverage, activation windows, and claim procedures are described on our warranty page and in the documentation that ships with the product.
The Brighter Nights name, logos, product names, photography, renderings, course materials, and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Do not misuse the site. That includes attempting to bypass security, submitting false applications, automated scraping, flooding forms, or using our tools to build competing datasets or services.
The site and its tools are provided as is and as available. We work hard to keep information current and accurate, but we do not warrant that every page is error free or that the site will be uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Brighter Nights is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or its tools. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website will not exceed one hundred dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here alters the terms of a signed product or program agreement.
If your misuse of the site causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the costs and damages arising from that claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute relating to the website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Seminole County, Florida.
We may update these terms as the site evolves. The version posted here with the latest effective date is the one in force.
